Installation and maintenance points:

Before installation, clean the journal, bearing housing bore, and mating parts, ensuring no burrs or rust. Apply a small amount of grease (lithium-based grease, NLGI 2) to the journal.

Use the cold fitting method (using a press) to press the inner ring onto the journal, ensuring the inner ring end face fits snugly against the shaft shoulder without gaps.

Install the outer ring, 034-4888 end cap, and 032-8972 locating ring, then install the 032-8014 elastic retaining ring, ensuring the retaining ring is firmly seated in the shaft groove and the bearing does not move axially.

After installation, check the radial clearance to be 0.01-0.02 mm. The bearing should rotate freely without jamming or abnormal noise.

Maintenance: Inspect every 800 working hours. Replace the bearing if roller wear, cage damage, or radial clearance >0.12 mm is observed. Simultaneously check the condition of the journal and mating parts.
