Installation and Maintenance Points:
Before installation, clean the journal, bearing housing bore, and mating parts, ensuring no burrs or rust. Apply a small amount of lithium-based grease (NLGI 2) to the journal.

First, install the inner ring + roller assembly onto the journal, pressing it until the shoulder fits snugly; then install the outer ring, ensuring the raceways of the inner and outer rings are aligned and without misalignment.

Install the 034-4888 end cap and 032-8972 locating ring, then install the 032-8014 elastic retaining ring, ensuring the retaining ring is properly seated in the shaft groove and that the bearing has no axial movement.

After installation, adjust the axial clearance to 0.02-0.04 mm. The bearing should rotate freely without jamming or abnormal noise.

Maintenance: Inspect every 800 working hours. Replace the bearing if roller wear, cage damage, or radial clearance >0.15 mm is observed. Simultaneously inspect the journal and mating parts.
