Installation and Maintenance Points
**Before installation, clean the bearing housing and journal, ensuring they are free of oil, rust, and impurities. Inspect the bearing for scratches, deformation, and rust.

Heat the bearing to 50-60℃ using a bearing heater (oil temperature ≤80℃). Install the bearing using a heat-fit method, avoiding hard impacts. Ensure the bearing inner ring fits tightly against the journal without gaps.

Install the 038-7406 bearing housing and tighten it with 098-5511 bolts to a torque of 45-50 N・m. Then assemble the 038-7407 seal ring and 038-7408 retaining ring to prevent dust and grease leakage.

After installation, manually rotate the bearing. There should be no jamming or abnormal noise. The radial clearance should meet the standard (C3 clearance 0.018-0.038 mm). Maintenance: Check the bearing every 2000 working hours. If the bearing makes abnormal noise, overheats, or has a radial clearance >0.05 mm, it should be replaced in time. When replacing the bearing, it is recommended to replace the bearing housing, seal ring and retaining ring at the same time to ensure sealing and installation accuracy.
