Installation and Maintenance Points
**Before installation, clean the journal and bearing housing bore to remove burrs and rust. Check that the bearing raceway is free of scratches, the steel balls rotate smoothly, and the cage is free of deformation or breakage.**

Use the cold pressing method to press the inner ring onto the journal and the outer ring into the bearing housing, ensuring proper installation without tilting. After installation, manually rotate the shaft system; there should be no jamming or abnormal noise.

Use the 054-7306 fixture for positioning and check that the bearing axial clearance meets the C3 clearance standard (0.020-0.045 mm), and the radial runout is ≤0.05 mm.

Maintenance: Check the bearing temperature (≤80℃) and abnormal noise every 2000 working hours. Check the lubrication status every 5000 hours and replenish grease as needed. Replace the bearing immediately if rust, wear, or excessive clearance is observed.
