Installation and Maintenance Points

Clean the journal and bearing inner ring end face, ensuring no burrs or oil contamination. Check the retainer’s elasticity and the integrity of the screws, ensuring no deformation or stripping.

After press-fitting the bearing into place, install the retainer and symmetrically tighten the two M6 screws to 9-11 N·m, ensuring the end face is fully engaged with the bearing inner ring.

Inspection: The bearing should rotate freely without jamming, with no axial movement, axial clearance of 0.05-0.12 mm, and radial runout ≤0.05 mm.

Maintenance: Check screw torque and looseness every 2000 hours. Every 5000 hours, disassemble and check for wear on the locating surfaces. Replace the bearing immediately if wear > 0.03 mm to prevent bearing displacement and subsequent malfunctions.
