Installation and maintenance points:
Clean the journal, bearing inner ring end face, and retainer inner hole, ensuring no burrs or oil stains. Check the retainer flange face and screws for integrity, deformation, or damage.

After cold-pressing the bearing onto the journal, heat-fit the retainer (heating temperature 80-100℃) onto the journal, ensuring the flange fits against the bearing inner ring. Align the locating pin with the journal pin hole, and tighten the screws diagonally and evenly (torque 12-15 N・m). Secure with the lock nut.

Inspection: The retainer should have no axial looseness; the bearing axial movement should be ≤0.05 mm; rotation should be flexible without jamming; and there should be no abnormal noise.

Maintenance: Tighten the screw torque every 2000 hours, disassemble every 6000 hours, and replace when the retainer is deformed/the thread is stripped/the locating pin is worn to avoid bearing positioning failure (Cat).
