Installation and Maintenance Points:
Clean the journal and bearing housing bore, ensuring no burrs or oil contamination. Inspect the bearing for deformation, rust, or stuck rolling elements; clearance must meet C3 grade.

Installation Sequence: Heat-fit the inner ring to the journal (interference 0.010-0.018 mm, heating temperature 80-100℃) → Install rolling elements and cage → Install outer ring → Install retainer and spring, pre-compress the spring by 3 mm, and tighten the screws diagonally and evenly (torque 12-15 N・m).

Inspection: The bearing should rotate freely without jamming; axial movement ≤0.10 mm; the retainer should be secure; there should be no abnormal noise.
