Installation and maintenance points:
Clean the journal and bearing housing bore, check for rust on the bearing, no jamming of the rolling elements, and ensure the interference fit between the inner ring and the shaft meets requirements.

Heat-fit the inner ring (80-100℃, even heating, avoid localized overheating), press it until it fits snugly against the shaft shoulder, with a clearance of 0.005-0.012 mm between the outer ring and the bearing housing.

Install the retainer and spring (pre-compressed 3 mm), tighten the screws diagonally and evenly, check that the axial movement of the bearing is ≤0.12 mm, and that there is no jamming or abnormal noise during rotation.

Maintenance: Check temperature (≤85℃) and vibration every 2000 hours, replenish/replace grease every 6000 hours, and replace bearings when they show peeling, cracks or clearance exceeding 0.10 mm.
