Installation and maintenance points:
Clean the bearing housing bore and journal, checking for burrs, rust, or out-of-tolerance ovality (≤0.01 mm). Heat the bearing to 80-90℃ (do not exceed 120℃) before cold pressing it into the journal, avoiding impact.
Align the bearing outer ring locating groove with the bearing housing locating pin. After press-fitting, check the radial clearance to be 0.012-0.028 mm, ensuring no jamming or abnormal noise during rotation.
Before installing the retainer, fill the bearing with lithium-based grease (NLGI 2, dropping point ≥180℃), filling 1/3-1/2 of the bearing cavity.
Maintenance: Check the bearing temperature (≤80℃) and vibration value (≤2.5 mm/s) every 2000 hours. Replace the bearing if abnormal noise, overheating or clearance exceeds 0.05 mm is detected.
