Installation and Maintenance Points:
Clean the mating surfaces of the retainer and bearing housing, checking for deformation, cracks, or thread damage. Ensure the spring groove and locating stop are free of burrs.
First, install the 064-3915 spring into the retainer groove. Then, align the retainer stop with the bearing outer ring, fitting it against the bearing housing end face, and insert the M8×16 screws.
Tighten the screws diagonally and evenly to 12-15 N·m. Check that the bearing axial movement is ≤0.10 mm and that there is no jamming or abnormal noise during rotation.
Maintenance: Every 2000 hours, check for retainer deformation (flatness ≤0.10 mm) and loose bolts. Replace the retainer if cracks, deformation, or stripped threads are found.
