Installation and Maintenance Points:
Clean the contact surfaces of the retainer and pulley, checking for deformation, cracks, or thread damage. Ensure the locating keyway and anti-loosening teeth are free of burrs.

First, install the 067-3070 locating key into the crankshaft keyway. Then, align the center locating hole of the retainer with the crankshaft journal, aligning it with the pulley end face. Insert the M10×25 screws and install the 067-3071 anti-loosening washers.

Tighten the screws diagonally and evenly to 32-35 N・m. Check that the axial runout of the pulley is ≤0.15 mm and that there is no jamming or abnormal noise during rotation.

Maintenance: Every 2500 hours, check for retainer deformation (flatness ≤0.15 mm) and loose bolts. Replace the retainer if cracks, deformation, or stripped threads are found.
