Installation Kit: 067-7785 bearing assembly + 067-3070 locating key + 4×M10×25 socket head cap screws + fluororubber seal (O-ring ID50×2.65 mm)

Installation and Maintenance: Clean the camshaft journal and bearing housing, checking for scratches, burrs, or deformation. Ensure the bearing seal is undamaged and the preload clearance is 0.01-0.02 mm.

Use a special press (075-2345) to cold press the bearing assembly into the housing (interference fit 0.015-0.025 mm), install the retaining circlip for fixation, insert the fluororubber seal, and apply high-temperature grease (NLGI 2).

Align the camshaft keyway and install the bearing assembly onto the shaft end. Tighten the 4×M10 bolts diagonally to 28-32 N・m. Check that the camshaft axial runout is ≤0.05 mm, rotation is smooth without jamming or abnormal noise, and the seal is leak-free.

Maintenance: Check the bearing temperature (≤85℃) and vibration (≤0.5 mm/s) every 3000 hours. Replace the bearing if abnormal noise, abnormal temperature rise, or radial clearance ≥0.10 mm occurs. Change the engine oil regularly and clean the filter.
