Installation and Maintenance Points:
Clean the bearing mounting holes and camshaft journals. Check for broken needle rollers, undeformed outer rings, and intact dust lips. The roundness of the mounting holes should be ≤0.003 mm, and the surface roughness Ra ≤1.6 μm.
Use a dedicated pressing tool (075-2348) to press the bearing into the mounting hole. The pressing force should be ≤5 kN, ensuring the outer ring shoulder fits snugly against the mounting surface without looseness or misalignment.
After installation, test the camshaft rotation for smooth rotation. The radial clearance should be 0.002-0.004 mm, and there should be no abnormal noise at high speeds. The lubrication pressure should be ≥0.3 MPa, with no leakage.
Maintenance: Check bearing wear every 2000 hours (replace when needle roller radial wear ≥0.005 mm). Regularly change the engine oil and fuel filter to prevent impurities from entering and causing needle roller wear and outer ring cracking.
