Cold press fitting (pressing force 8-10 kN) is used to ensure the bushing end face is flush with the pump body bore end face, without skewing, and the clearance between the inner bore and the tappet shaft is 0.01-0.02 mm.

After installation, check that the radial runout of the tappet shaft is ≤0.01 mm, the bushing fits snugly against the pump body bore, and the fuel pump operates without abnormal noise or leakage.

Maintenance: Check bushing wear every 2000 hours (replace when inner diameter wear >0.05 mm). During replacement, simultaneously check the retainer and retaining ring to prevent component positioning failure.
