Matching Installation: 1 tappet shaft per unit The component is press-fitted into the pump body bearing bore. The outer ring has an interference fit with the bore, while the inner ring has a clearance fit with the tappet shaft, providing stable rotational guidance.
Installation and Maintenance Points:
Clean the bearing, pump body bore, and tappet shaft. Check the bearing for deformation, cracks, and damage to the dust cover. The surface roughness Ra should be ≤1.6 μm, and the flatness ≤0.01 mm.
Cold press-fit the outer ring (press-fitting force 8-10 kN), ensuring the outer ring end face is flush with the pump body bore end face. The bearing should rotate freely without jamming, and the radial clearance should meet the standard.
After installation, check that the tappet shaft radial runout is ≤0.01 mm, there is no abnormal temperature rise at the bearing, and the tappet reciprocating motion is smooth and without abnormal noise.
Maintenance: Check the bearing clearance every 2000 hours (replace when >0.03 mm), and simultaneously check the dust cover sealing performance to prevent impurities from entering and causing wear.
