Installation: One set per seat, assembled with the seat body and other accessories, and bolted to the cab floor.

Installation and Maintenance Points:

Clean the mounting surface and check for deformation or cracks in the components. Ensure the slide rails match the seat body and the mounting holes are aligned.

Install the components according to their positions and tighten the bolts (tightening torque 25-30 N·m) to ensure smooth slide rail movement and flexible adjustment mechanism.

After installation, check that the seat belt locks properly, the backrest and fore-and-aft positions are adjusted correctly, and the suspension function is free of jamming or abnormal noise.

Maintenance: Every 2000 hours, check the slide rail lubrication and bolt tightness. Perform maintenance promptly if the adjustment mechanism is jammed or loose, and replace damaged fabric immediately.
