Installation: 1 piece per fuel pump, installed on the rotor journal, with a 077-3553 bearing retainer ring on the outside to prevent axial movement.

Installation and maintenance points:
Clean the journal and bearing housing bore, check the bearing for rust, deformation, and rolling element jamming, and ensure the dust cover is intact.

Cold press installation using a press (do not strike). The bearing outer ring should have an interference fit with the housing bore (tightness tolerance 0.01-0.02 mm), and the inner ring should have a transition fit with the journal.

After installation, check that the rotor rotates freely without abnormal radial runout (runout ≤ 0.05 mm) and without abnormal noise.

Maintenance: Check the bearing operation every 2000 hours. Replace the bearing promptly if abnormal noise, abnormal temperature rise, or increased clearance is found to avoid rotor eccentric wear.
