Compatible Equipment: CAT 326D2/336D2 excavators, 980M loaders, D7E bulldozers, etc. Used to isolate the bearing cavity from the outside, preventing lubricating oil leakage along the shaft to brake/sealing components.

Installation: 1 piece per shaft. The inner ring has an interference fit with the shaft, and the outer ring has a clearance of 0.5-1.0 mm with the housing. Installed on the outside of the bearing end face, no additional fasteners required.

Installation and Maintenance Points: Clean the shaft and mounting position. Inspect the oil slinger ring for deformation, cracks, and corrosion, and check the oil slinger blades for damage.

Use specialized tools for cold pressing installation, applying even pressure to the inner ring end face. Do not strike the outer ring or fins. Ensure perpendicularity to the shaft.

After installation, check for radial runout ≤0.1 mm and axial runout ≤0.05 mm. Ensure there are no abnormal noises or contact with the housing during operation.

Maintenance: Inspect the appearance and fit every 2000 hours. Replace fins if deformation/rust/wear exceeds 0.5 mm to prevent oil leakage due to oil slippage failure.
