Installation: The housing is installed on the outside of the bearing housing, the retaining ring is embedded in the inner groove, and the bolts are tightened. The O-ring provides a static seal and, in conjunction with the retainer, restricts the axial movement of the bearing.

Installation and Maintenance Points: Clean the housing, mounting surface, and bolts. Inspect the housing for cracks and deformation, ensure the groove size matches the retaining ring, the O-ring is undamaged, and the bolt threads are intact.

Insert the O-ring: Embed the retaining ring into the housing groove, align it with the mounting surface, insert the bolts, and tighten evenly to 32-38 N·m in 2-3 stages.

Post-Installation Inspection: The housing should fit tightly against the mounting surface without looseness, rotating parts should not interfere, there should be no leakage at the seal, and the retaining ring should not be at risk of falling off.

Maintenance: Every 1000 hours, check the bolt tightness, O-ring aging, and housing deformation. Replace the O-ring promptly if it is aged or the housing is deformed to prevent seal failure.
