Matching Installation: Bolts are tightened to the shaft end, compatible with 077-8727 bearing, 077-8717 bearing retaining ring, 077-8807 drive plate, and 077-8864 retainer. Axial clearance after installation should be ≤0.1 mm.
Installation and Maintenance Points: Clean the shaft end, retainer, and mounting bolts. Check for deformation, cracks, and ensure the shaft end dimensions match and the mounting holes are intact.
Align the retainer’s positioning holes with the shaft end, ensuring it fits against the drive plate or bearing end face. Tighten M8 bolts in a crisscross pattern to a torque of 25-30 N·m.
Post-Installation Inspection: Check for looseness, runout, interference between rotating parts, and no axial movement.
Maintenance: Check bolt torque and wear every 1000 hours. Replace immediately if deformed or with damaged threads.
