Matching Installation: Secure to the drive shaft end with M10 bolts. Compatible with the 077-8807 drive plate, 077-9259 retainer, and 077-8727 bearing. Axial clearance after installation should be ≤0.1 mm.
Installation and Maintenance Points: Clean the steel wheel, drive shaft end, and mounting bolts. Check for deformation, cracks, and tooth surface damage. Ensure the shaft end dimensions match the center hole and the mounting hole is intact.
Align the steel wheel’s center hole with the drive shaft end, fitting it against the drive plate end face. Tighten the M10 bolts crosswise to a torque of 45-50 N·m.
Post-Installation Inspection: Ensure no looseness or wobble, smooth rotation without interference, normal gear meshing, and no axial movement.
Maintenance: Check bolt torque, gear tooth wear, and steel wheel deformation every 1500 hours. Replace immediately if tooth surface wear exceeds 0.5 mm or the wheel body is deformed.
