Application Scenarios: Anti-mold protection for rotor shaft end movement, suppressing vibration displacement, ensuring stable power output, suitable for continuous operation.

Installation: Secure to the rotor shaft end flange with M6.5 bolts, torque 10-12 N·m, compatible with bearings and drive plates. Axial clearance ≤0.1 mm after installation.

Installation and Maintenance Points:

Clean the shaft end, retainer, and bolts. Check for deformation and cracks. Ensure the shaft end diameter matches the center hole and the mounting holes are undamaged.

Align the positioning flange with the rotor flange face and the mounting holes. Tighten the bolts crosswise, ensuring no misalignment.

Post-installation inspection: Check for looseness and wobble. Ensure rotor rotation is smooth and free of interference. Use a multimeter to measure rotor resistance; no abnormalities should be found.

Maintenance: Every 800 hours, check bolt torque and retainer wear. Replace immediately if deformed or with damaged threads.
