Installation and Maintenance Points:
Clean the end caps, retainers, and bolts. Check for deformation and cracks. Ensure the shaft end diameter matches the center hole and the mounting holes are undamaged.
Align the positioning step with the end cap positioning surface and the mounting holes. Tighten the bolts crosswise, ensuring no misalignment.
Post-installation inspection: Check for looseness and wobble. Ensure rotor rotation is smooth. Use a multimeter to measure the rotor resistance; no abnormalities should be found.
Maintenance: Every 800 hours, check the bolt torque and retainer wear. Replace immediately if deformed or with damaged threads.
