Application Scenarios: High-pressure hydraulic circuit steering of the hydraulic pilot valve assembly, return/inlet oil line connection of the fuel injection control module, suitable for medium-high pressure and medium-temperature continuous operation conditions, ensuring stable oil circuit pressure and smooth flow.

Matching Installation: The hydraulic oil pipes are threaded at both ends to the valve body interface. A high-pressure seal is achieved using a sealing cone/O-ring. After installation, the coaxiality is ≤0.1 mm, with no leakage.

Installation and Maintenance Points: Clean the elbow, oil pipes, and valve body interface. Check the elbow for deformation, cracks, and damage to the internal threads, ensuring the sealing surface is flat.

Install the O-ring/sealing gasket, screwing it into the elbow until the sealing surface is flush. Apply 25-30 N·m of torque to tighten, ensuring no leakage.

Post-Installation Testing: The oil pressure is stable, the elbow leaks, and there is no loosening after a vibration test.

Maintenance: Check the elbow seal condition and thread wear every 2000 hours. Replace immediately if leakage or thread damage is found.
