Installation Instructions: Install on the bottom/top of the spool valve core. Adjust the preload using the 078-0921 adjusting screw and secure with the 078-1844 locking ring. Preload compression should be 5-8 mm, corresponding to a preload force of 225-360 N.

Installation and Maintenance Points: Clean the spring and mounting cavity. Check the spring for deformation, cracks, and rust. Ensure the wire is undamaged and the free length meets standards.

During installation, ensure the spring is coaxial with the valve core. Control the compression to 5-8 mm. Adjust the preload using the 078-0921 adjusting screw and secure with the 078-1844 locking ring to prevent loosening.

Post-Installation Testing: The valve core should move smoothly, the pressure stable, and there should be no abnormal vibration. The spring should show no permanent deformation after fatigue testing.

Maintenance: Check the spring condition every 2000 hours. Replace immediately if deformation, cracks, or preload reduction are observed.
