Application Scenarios: Installed at the engine air intake, it filters dust, grit, and other impurities from the air, preventing them from entering the cylinder and causing wear on pistons, cylinder walls, and other components. This ensures normal engine operation in dusty conditions and extends engine life.

Installation and Maintenance Points:

Before installation, check the filter element for external damage, filter paper for wrinkles, and the sealing ring for integrity and no aging.

Clean the filter housing. When installing the filter element, ensure it fits snugly against the housing’s sealing surface and tighten with clamps to prevent air leakage.

After installation, start the engine and check the intake system for leaks. Let it idle for 5 minutes and observe the pressure gauge for any abnormal pressure drop.

Maintenance: Check the cleanliness of the filter element every 250 hours. Surface dust can be blown away from the inside out with low-pressure compressed air (≤0.2 MPa). Replace the filter element every 500 hours or when the pressure drop exceeds 5 kPa. Shorten the maintenance cycle under harsh operating conditions.
