Application Scenarios: Installed between the drive end seat ring and the drive shaft, the elastic clamping force and anti-slip teeth prevent circumferential slippage and axial movement of the seat ring during power transmission, ensuring power transmission efficiency and component coaxiality. Suitable for continuous operation under medium-to-high speed and variable load conditions.
For use with: Compatible with 078-5253/078-5254 locking collars and 078-6636 seat rings. Used for positioning and fixing the drive end seat ring, preventing vibration, abnormal noise, and component damage caused by seat ring loosening.
Installation and maintenance points: Clean the surface of the seat ring and drive shaft, checking for burrs and rust. The clearance between the seat ring inner diameter and shaft diameter should be 0.02-0.05 mm.
Align the strap opening with the seat ring positioning groove, wrap it around the shaft diameter, and use a special tool to fully tighten the clip, ensuring the anti-slip teeth are engaged. The tightening torque is 8-10 N·m.
Post-installation inspection: Axial pulling of the seat ring should not cause movement, and circumferential rotation should not cause slippage. Run the equipment for 30 minutes; there should be no abnormal vibration or noise. After stopping the machine, re-test the strap; it should not be loose.
Maintenance: Check the elasticity and buckle condition of the strap every 500 hours. Replace it when the elasticity deformation exceeds 0.2 mm or the buckle is loose. Disassemble and check the wear of the anti-slip teeth every 1000 hours. Replace it when the wear exceeds 0.3 mm to prevent the seat ring from becoming loose.
