Post-Installation Inspection: Axial pulling of the seat ring should not cause any movement, and circumferential rotation should not cause slippage. A 30-minute test run should show no abnormal vibration or noise. After stopping the machine, a retest should confirm no loosening.
Maintenance: Check the condition of each component every 500 hours. Replace the component if the elastic deformation of the strap exceeds 0.2 mm, the collar is loose, or the seat wear exceeds 0.3 mm.
