Application Scenarios: Installed at the moving/fixed blade position of the hydraulic shearing device, the shearing action is achieved through hydraulic cylinder drive. Used for shearing thin materials such as steel bars, scrap iron, and cables during dismantling operations. Also suitable for cleaning construction waste and recycling scrap metal, ensuring shearing efficiency and quality.

Installation and Maintenance Points: Clean the mounting surface of the shearing arm and the blade surface, checking for burrs and rust. Ensure the blade locating groove matches the shearing arm locating pin.
Install the blade onto the shear arm mounting surface, aligning it with the locating pin and bolt holes. Tighten the bolts diagonally using a torque wrench to a torque of 45-50 N·m.
Post-installation inspection: The blade clearance should be 0.1-0.2 mm, and the shearing action should be smooth without jamming. During a trial run, shear thin materials without burrs or deformation.
Maintenance: Check the blade wear and cutting edge sharpness every 300 hours. Replace the blade when wear exceeds 0.5 mm or sharpness exceeds 0.05 mm. Clean the blade and apply rust-preventive oil after each use to prevent corrosion.
