Compatibility and Application
Compatible Equipment: 306E2/307E2 mini excavators, 226B3/236B3 skid steer loaders, used for stroke and clearance adjustment of hydraulic pilot valves, linkage mechanisms, and sensor mounting positions (Cat®…).
Application Scenarios: Installed in hydraulic valve stroke limits, linkage clearance compensation, sensor positioning, etc. Adjust component position/clearance by rotating the adjusting end. Used with the locking nut to prevent loosening. Suitable for excavation, loading, and other vibration conditions, ensuring action accuracy and equipment operation stability (Cat®…).
Matching Usage: Uses with M8 locking nuts and flat washers. After adjustment, tighten to prevent loosening due to vibration.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Installation: Clean the mounting threaded hole, apply thread-locking adhesive, screw the adjusting screw into the target position, tighten with an Allen wrench, and then tighten the locking nut (torque 8-10 N·m) to ensure no loosening.
Maintenance: Check the tightness of screws and nuts every 200 hours, clean surface oil, and check for stripped threads or corrosion. Replace immediately if any abnormalities are found.
Replacement: When disassembling, first loosen the lock nut, unscrew the old screw, install the new part, and fix it in the original adjustment position. Tighten the lock nut to ensure adjustment accuracy and reliable connection.
