Application Scenarios: Suitable for low to medium speed and medium radial load conditions, such as hydraulic pump gear shaft support, motor housing positioning, and gearbox shift mechanism guidance, preventing wear and leakage caused by shaft vibration. It is suitable for complex working conditions such as excavation and loading.

Compatible Equipment: It is compatible with bearing housings, seals, and snap rings. After installation, ensure accurate bearing positioning, reliable sealing, and no interference.

Installation and Maintenance Points:

Installation: Clean the mounting surface and journal. Heat the bearing to 80-100℃ for hot installation or cold press installation using special tools. After installation, check the radial clearance (0.012-0.022mm) to ensure there is no jamming.

Maintenance: Check bearing temperature and for abnormal noise every 200 hours. Regularly replenish lithium-based grease and prevent dust and moisture from entering the bearing.

Replacement: Use a puller tool during disassembly to avoid striking the bearing; install the new part in the original position, ensuring that the clearance meets the requirements, and replace the seals at the same time.
