Installation and Maintenance Points:
Installation: Clean the mounting surface and journal. Heat the bearing to 80-100℃ for hot installation or cold press installation using special tools. After installation, check the radial clearance (0.018-0.028mm) to ensure no jamming.
Maintenance: Check bearing temperature and for abnormal noise every 200 hours. Regularly replenish lithium-based grease and prevent dust and moisture from entering the bearing.
Replacement: Use a puller tool during disassembly to avoid striking the bearing; install the new part in the original position, ensuring that the clearance meets the requirements, and replace the seals at the same time.
