Application Scenarios: Suitable for heavy-duty, reciprocating motion applications, such as boom lifting, stick extension, and bucket tilting in skid steer loaders. It prevents component interference and jamming, adapts to complex excavation and loading conditions, and extends the service life of related components.

Compatible Equipment: Uses with bolts, washers, and dust rings. After installation, it ensures precise guidance, reliable fixation, dustproof sealing, and no movement interference.

Installation and Maintenance Points:

Installation: Clean the mounting surface and guide groove, check for deformation and coating peeling of the guide blocks; tighten with M12×40 bolts (torque 45-50 N・m), ensuring a 0.1-0.2 mm gap between the guide blocks and the sliding rails, and prevent jamming.

Maintenance: Inspect the guide blocks for wear and loosening every 200 hours. Replace when wear exceeds 0.5mm or coating peels off. Regularly clean impurities from the guide grooves and apply lithium-based grease to reduce friction.

Replacement: Avoid hammering when disassembling old parts. Install new parts in their original positions, ensuring the guide grooves are aligned. Tighten bolts to the specified torque. Replace dust seals simultaneously.
