Compatible Models: 306E2/307E2 Excavator, 226B3/236B3 Skid Steer Loader
Matching Relationships Used with matching pins, bearings, and pistons for axial positioning and anti-disengagement.
Compatibility and Applications:
Compatible Equipment: 306E2/307E2 mini excavators, 226B3/236B3 skid steer loaders. Used for axial positioning and anti-disengagement of hydraulic cylinder pistons, connecting rod pins, and bearing assemblies, preventing axial movement of components and ensuring stable operation (Cat®…).
Application Scenarios: Suitable for vibration and impact conditions, such as excavator boom lifting, stick extension, and skid steer loader bucket tilting, preventing component movement and detachment that could cause safety accidents. Suitable for complex working conditions such as excavation and loading.
Compatible Usage: Uses matching pins, bearings, and pistons. After installation, ensures reliable axial positioning and effective anti-disengagement. Suitable for heavy-load and vibration conditions.
Installation and Maintenance Points:
Installation: Use retaining ring pliers to pry open the retaining ring and insert it into the groove on the shaft. Ensure the retaining ring is fully inserted into the groove without jamming or loosening, and fits well with adjacent components. Axial clearance ≤0.1mm.
Maintenance: Inspect the retaining ring for elasticity, deformation, and corrosion every 200 hours, and replace it immediately if any problems are found; avoid subjecting the retaining ring to radial forces to prevent deformation and breakage.
Replacement: When disassembling the old part, check for wear in the groove. Install the new part in its original position, ensuring it fits properly in the groove, has good elasticity, and is suitable for the equipment’s operating conditions.
