Matching Relationships This quick-connect connector is used with quick-connect pins, attachment pins, and locking pins. It is installed on the attachment connector bracket to lock the attachment pins.

Compatibility and Applications:
Compatible Parts: For 307E2/308E2 excavators and 242D/246D skid steer loaders. The quick-connect connector is used at the connection pins of attachments such as buckets, breakers, and log grapples. The hook body hooks the pin, and the locking pin secures it, preventing the attachment from loosening or falling off during operation.

Application Scenarios: Suitable for impact conditions such as excavation, breaking, and loading. For example, during high-frequency vibrations in breaking operations, tightening the hook ensures a stable attachment connection, preventing detachment and safety accidents. It also meets the need for quick attachment changes, improving work efficiency.

Usage: Uses with attachment pins, locking pins, and springs. After installation, the spring pre-tightens the locking pin to ensure a close fit between the hook body and the pin, bearing impact loads and preventing loosening.

Installation and Maintenance Points

Installation: Clean the mounting holes of the connector and the surface of the fastening hook. Insert the bolts (M16×60) and tighten to a torque of 65 N·m. Install the locking pin and spring, ensuring that the locking pin can lock the hook body after popping out, and that the hook opening and pin shaft fit together without gaps.

Maintenance: Check the elasticity of the locking pin and the hook body for cracks every 200 hours. If the locking pin is stuck, apply grease. Replace the hook body immediately if it is cracked.

Replacement: Disassemble the old part to check for wear on the mounting holes. If it exceeds the tolerance, repair by welding. Before installing the new part, check its dimensions and surface quality to ensure there is no deformation or cracks, and that the locking pin moves smoothly.
