Performance Parameters: Working tension 50-80N, ultimate tensile length 80mm, yield strength ≥1200MPa, temperature resistance -40℃ to +150℃
Compatible Models: 307E2/308E2 excavators, 242D/246D skid steer loaders
Matching Relationships Compatible with door lock latches, control lever panel clips, and interior panel mounting brackets, providing elastic fixing and reset force.
Compatibility and Applications
Compatible Parts: Cab door locks, control lever panels, and interior panel mounting points on 307E2/308E2 excavators and 242D/246D skid steer loaders. Secures components through tension to prevent loosening and abnormal noise caused by vibration. Suitable for high-frequency vibration conditions (Cat®…).
Application Scenarios: Suitable for long-term high-frequency vibration operations such as excavation and loading, including continuous excavation and shoveling operations. Ensures the stability of cab components, prevents door lock failure and panel loosening from affecting operation, reduces abnormal noise interference, and improves driving comfort and safety (Cat®…).
Usage: Compatible with door lock latches, control lever panel clips, and interior panel mounting brackets. Springs provide elastic tension, and clips/brackets transmit fixing force, suitable for long-term operation needs, preventing component fatigue and loosening.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Installation: Clean the mounting hook area and confirm that the spring’s free length matches the installation spacing; use a special tool to hang the spring hooks, ensuring that both ends of the hooks are embedded in the mounting slots without misalignment or jamming, and check for uniform tension and no abnormal deformation.
Maintenance: Check the spring for rust, cracks, and elasticity loss every 200 hours. Remove rust and touch up the paint immediately if surface rust is found. Replace the spring immediately if it lacks elasticity or has cracks to prevent component failure.
Replacement: Disassemble the old part and check for wear at the mounting position. Repair any wear exceeding 0.5mm; before installing the new part, check the wire diameter, outer diameter, and free length to ensure consistency with the original specifications. After installation, test that the component resets smoothly and without looseness.
