After installation, measure the bearing axial clearance, ensuring it is within the range of 0.03-0.08mm. Otherwise, replace with an adjusting ring of a different thickness (1.2mm/1.5mm/1.8mm are optional).

Maintenance: Check the adjusting ring every 200 hours for deformation, rust, or breakage. Replace immediately if any abnormalities are found. Avoid using sharp tools to pry the adjusting ring to prevent deformation or damage, which could affect clearance control.

Replacement: When removing the old adjusting ring, take care to protect the bearing and pin to prevent damage. Before installing the new adjusting ring, check its dimensions, flatness, and parallelism to ensure it matches the original specifications.
