Installation and Maintenance Points:
Installation: Clean the cab mounting area and verify the bolt hole positions (standard 4-hole installation, hole spacing 240×240mm); tighten with M12×45 bolts to a torque of 45-50 N·m; connect the sensor switch wiring harness to ensure proper function; adjust the fore-and-aft position and suspension height to suit the operator’s weight (suitable range 60-120kg).
Maintenance: Check the suspension springs, adjustment mechanism, and bolt tightness every 200 hours; clean fabric stains and avoid scratches from sharp objects; promptly repair or replace any loose seats, malfunctioning shock absorbers, or damaged fabric.
Replacement: Remove the old seat wiring harness and bolts, install the new seat and tighten it; test the adjustment mechanism and sensor switch to ensure that they function properly before putting it into use.
