Installation and Maintenance Points

Installation: Clean the mounting holes and bushing. Use a dedicated pressing tool to smoothly press in, ensuring a tight fit with the hole wall without looseness. Install in conjunction with the bearing, retainer, and dust ring, ensuring coaxiality between the bushing, pin, and bearing, preventing axial movement, and ensuring smooth, unobstructed operation.

Maintenance: Check the bushing for wear, deformation, cracks, or looseness every 200 hours. Regularly add CAT DEO special grease; replace immediately if any abnormalities are found to prevent excessive clearance from damaging components.

Replacement: Remove the old bushing and check the mounting holes and pin for damage. Before installing the new bushing, verify the dimensions. After pressing, test the hinge area to confirm there are no abnormal noises or axial movement.
