Maintenance: Check the bearing for wear, cracks, or looseness every 200 hours; replace it immediately if any abnormalities are found to prevent damage to components caused by direct friction between the pin and the mounting hole.

Replacement: Remove the old bearing with a special tool and check the wear condition of the mounting hole; verify the dimensions before installing the new bearing, and test the hinge area after pressing to confirm there are no abnormal noises or jamming.
