Installation and Maintenance Points

Assemble it sequentially with the bearing, bushing, retaining ring, and other components, ensuring the axial clearance meets requirements (usually 0.1-0.3mm) and that there is no jamming during operation.

Maintenance: Check the retainer every 200 hours for deformation, breakage, or loosening. Replace it immediately if any abnormalities are found to prevent damage to components due to bearing/bushing displacement.

Replacement: Remove the old retainer with snap ring pliers and check the pin groove for wear. Before installing the new retainer, verify its dimensions to ensure it matches the groove. After installation, test the hinge area to confirm there are no abnormalities.
