Installation and maintenance points:
Installation: Clean the mounting hole and pin surface, check the bushing for cracks and deformation; use a pressing tool to smoothly press it into the mounting hole, ensuring no misalignment, and a tight fit without looseness after pressing; assemble with bearings, retainers, etc., ensuring an axial clearance of 0.1-0.3mm and smooth operation.

Maintenance: Inspect the bushing every 200 hours for wear, deformation, or loosening. Replace any abnormal bushings immediately to prevent direct contact between the pin and the mounting hole, which could damage components.

Replacement: Use a specialized puller to remove the old bushing and inspect the mounting hole and pin for wear. Before installing the new bushing, verify its dimensions to ensure it matches the mounting hole and pin. After installation, test the hinge area for any abnormalities.
