CAT 093-1933 are Caterpillar original double-tooth medium-duty track shoes, compatible with various small excavators and bulldozers. They are designed for low resistance and high maneuverability in frequent turning scenarios, while also providing traction and chain link protection. Suitable for low-to-medium impact applications such as earthmoving and municipal work.

Item Details
Part Model: CAT 093-1933 (0931933) Double Grouser Track Plate
Material and Process: Rolled boron alloy steel + overall heat treatment, hardness HB380–420, hardened layer ≥8mm; CAT yellow primer + wear-resistant coating, salt spray ≥480h
Structure Specifications: Double Grouser, standard hole positions, non-self-cleaning/non-offset; suitable pitch 190mm, track plate width 500mm; comes with 2 sets of track bolts and nuts (recommended 9W-3361/6Y-0846)
Single Weight: Approx. 25.5 kg (56.2 lbs)
Rated Operating Conditions: Moderate impact, non-abrasive environment; check wear/bolt torque every 500 hours
Compatible Models: Mainstream compatible CAT E70B, 307, 312 Small excavators, D4 and D5 series bulldozers; final verification is based on chassis serial number + mounting hole spacing.
Installation Parameters: Bolt specifications 1/2″-20 UNF, installation torque 380–420 N・m, tightened in two crisscrossing stages.
Adaptation and Application Points:
Functional Positioning: The dual-tooth design reduces steering resistance compared to single-tooth designs, making it more suitable for frequent turning scenarios such as municipal and pipeline construction. It provides stable ground support and traction, protecting track links.
Matching Specifications: Track plates must be replaced in pairs from the same batch; mixing different materials/thicknesses is strictly prohibited. Bolts should be tightened in two crisscrossing stages at 380–420 N・m. Recheck the torque after warming up the machine to prevent loosening.
Replacement Standards: Tooth wear > 40%, plate cracks, hole deformation / When stripped teeth or hardened layers fall off, replace immediately; do not weld to repair cracked track plates.
Installation and Maintenance Procedure: Stop the machine on a level, hard surface, prop up the machine body, loosen the track tension cylinder, and remove the old track plates.
Clean the mounting surfaces of the track links and the bolt holes of the new plates, removing rust and oil.
Tighten the track in two crisscrossing stages with a torque wrench (initially 70% torque, final 100%).
Restore track tension, drive unloaded for 10 minutes, and then recheck the torque.
Maintenance Cycle: 500 hours under standard operating conditions; 300 hours under high dust/humid conditions. Inspect tooth surface wear, track plate cracks, and bolt anti-loosening marks.
