CAT 093-1939 (0931939) 500GT track shoes are genuine Caterpillar steel single-tooth track shoes, compatible with E110/E110B/E120/E120B excavators. Used in track assemblies, they provide traction and wear resistance, suitable for low to medium load conditions such as earthmoving.
Core Information and Parameters
Item Details
Part Model: CAT 093-1939 (0931939) 500GT Track Shoes
Type: Single-tooth steel track shoe, universal load-bearing type, suitable for tracked excavators
Material: Medium carbon alloy steel, surface hardened + wear-resistant coating, hardness HRC48-55, impact-resistant and wear-resistant, suitable for outdoor working conditions
Key Dimensions: Pitch 171mm, width 500mm, single tooth height 55mm, single piece weight approx. 38kg, suitable for 500mm track assemblies
Compatible Models: CAT E110, E110B, E120, E120B excavators
Matching Relationships In conjunction with track pins, track bushings, and track links, it forms a tracked walking system.
Compatibility and Application
Compatible Parts: Excavator tracked walking system. Individual track shoes are connected to track links via pins; multiple shoes form a complete track, which works with drive wheels, idler wheels, track rollers, and carrier rollers to achieve movement and operation.
Application Scenarios: Earthmoving, site leveling, and other low-to-medium impact conditions. The single-tooth design balances traction and ground adaptability, while the steel structure ensures load-bearing capacity and wear resistance. Suitable for non-rocky working conditions.
Core Functions: Provides traction, distributes ground pressure, protects the track links and walking mechanism, and improves operational stability and efficiency.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Installation: Clean the track pins, bushings, and track shoe mounting holes, checking for deformation and cracks; assemble the pins and bushings using specialized tools, ensuring a secure connection between the track shoes and track links, appropriate track tension (100-150mm sag), and smooth operation.
Maintenance: Check the track shoe bolt tightness, track tension, and tooth wear every 100 hours. Replace when wear exceeds 1/3 of the original height. Avoid prolonged operation on rocks or other sharp, hard objects to reduce abnormal wear.
Replacement: Replace worn track shoes on the same side in pairs. Before installing new track shoes, verify the pitch, width, and other dimensions. After assembly, test the walking and steering performance to ensure there is no deviation or abnormal noise.
