The CAT 093-2021 (0932021) 700GT track shoes are genuine Caterpillar steel track shoes, compatible with the 700mm track assemblies of CAT E180/E180B/E200/E200B excavators. They are used in the tracked walking system to reduce friction between the track shoes and the track rollers and carrier rollers, ensuring smooth movement.
Core Parameters and Information
Item Details
Part Model: CAT 093-2021 (0932021) 700GT Track Shoe
Type: Steel track shoe, compatible with 700mm track assembly, for tracked excavators
Material: Medium carbon alloy steel, surface hardened + wear-resistant coating, hardness HRC48-55, wear-resistant and impact-resistant
Key Dimensions: Length 280mm, Width 120mm, Thickness 40mm, Single piece weight approx. 12kg, compatible with 700mm track shoes
Compatible Models: CAT E180, E180B, E200, E200B excavators
Matching Relationship: Compatible with track shoes, track links, track rollers, and carrier rollers; installed at the bottom of the track shoes to reduce friction during travel.
Compatibility and Application:
Applicable Location: Bottom of the track shoe, installed at the contact point between the track shoe and the track roller/carrier roller to reduce friction and wear between the track shoe and the traveling mechanism. Application Scenarios: Suitable for medium to high load conditions such as earthmoving, site leveling, etc. Compatible with 700mm track assemblies; the 700GT specification is compatible with medium to large excavators, ensuring stable operation of the tracked travel system.
Core Functions: Reduces friction between track shoes and track rollers/carrier rollers, extending the service life of track shoes and the travel mechanism, and improving the operating efficiency and stability of the travel system.
Installation and Maintenance Points:
Installation: Clean the sliding shoe mounting surface and the contact surface of the track shoe, checking for deformation and cracks; tighten with special bolts to ensure a tight fit between the sliding shoe and the track shoe; after installation, check the track tension (sag 100-150mm) and ensure smooth operation.
Maintenance: Check the wear of the sliding shoes every 100 hours; replace when wear exceeds 1/3 of the original thickness; avoid prolonged operation on sharp or hard objects to reduce abnormal wear.
Replacement: Replace worn skids on the same side in pairs. Before installing the new skids, check the dimensions. After assembly, test the walking and steering performance to ensure there is no deviation or abnormal noise.
