The CAT 093-2023 (0932023) 800GT track shoes are genuine Caterpillar steel track shoes, compatible with the 800mm track assemblies of CAT E200B/E220/E240 excavators. They are used in tracked systems to reduce friction between the track shoes and track rollers/carrier rollers, ensuring smooth movement.
Core Parameters and Information
Item Details
Part Model: CAT 093-2023 (0932023) 800GT Track Shoe
Type: Steel track shoe, compatible with 800mm track assemblies, for tracked excavators
Material: Medium carbon alloy steel, surface hardened + wear-resistant coating, hardness HRC48-55, wear-resistant and impact-resistant
Key Dimensions: Length 320mm, Width 140mm, Thickness 45mm, Single piece weight approx. 15kg, compatible with 800mm track shoes
Compatible Models: CAT E200B, E220, E240, and other excavators with 800mm track assemblies
Matching Relationships Matching track shoes, track links, track rollers, and carrier rollers, this device is installed at the bottom of the track shoes to reduce friction during movement.
Compatibility and Application:
Suitable Location: Bottom of the track shoes, installed at the contact point between the track shoes and track rollers/carrier rollers to reduce friction and wear between the track shoes and the traveling mechanism.
Application Scenarios: Earthmoving, mining, and other medium-to-high load conditions. Compatible with 800mm track assemblies; the 800GT specification is compatible with large excavators, ensuring stable operation of the tracked travel system.
Core Functions: Reduces friction between the track shoes and track rollers/carrier rollers, extending the service life of the track shoes and traveling mechanism, and improving the operating efficiency and stability of the traveling system.
Installation and Maintenance Points:
Installation: Clean the mounting surface of the track shoes and the contact surface of the track shoes, checking for deformation and cracks; tighten with special bolts to ensure a tight fit between the track shoes and the track shoes; after installation, check the track tension (sag 100-150mm) and ensure smooth operation.
Maintenance: Check the wear of the skis every 100 hours. Replace them when the wear exceeds 1/3 of the original thickness. Avoid prolonged operation with sharp or hard objects to reduce abnormal wear.
Replacement: Replace worn skis on the same side in pairs. Verify the dimensions of the new skis before installation. After assembly, test the walking and steering performance to ensure there is no deviation or abnormal noise.
