Installation and Maintenance Points

Installation: Clean the track pin groove and retaining ring. Use special snap ring pliers to pry open the retaining ring and insert it into the track pin groove, ensuring complete insertion without jamming; check that the retaining ring and bearing cap fit snugly.

Maintenance: Check the elasticity of the retaining rings, the gap between the rings, and the wear of the grooves every 100-200 hours. Replace any rings with insufficient elasticity or that are deformed promptly to prevent loosening.

Replacement: Use original parts whenever possible. After installation, test the track operation to ensure there are no abnormal noises or loose parts, guaranteeing the stability of the track system.
