CAT 094-1502 (0941502) is a dedicated track link slipper for the Caterpillar 800GT track assembly. It is compatible with the 800GT track assemblies of large excavators such as the CAT 330/336, and is used to support track links and reduce friction with the rail surface, ensuring smooth operation of the track system. It is often used in conjunction with track clips such as 094-0843/094-0857.
Core Parameters
Item Details
Part Model: CAT 094-1502 (0941502) 800GT Track Slipper
Type: Track link support and friction component, reducing wear between track links and rail surface
Material: 42CrMo alloy steel, quenched and tempered, surface hardened, hardness HRC50-55, wear-resistant and impact-resistant
Key Dimensions: Length approx. 180mm, width approx. 60mm, thickness approx. 30mm, single weight approx. 4.5kg, compatible with 800GT track link mounting position
Compatible Models: CAT 330, 336 and other large excavators (800GT track assembly)
Matching Relationship: Compatible with 094-0843 retainer, etc., assembled in pairs according to the number of track links on each side
Compatibility and Application
Compatible Parts: 800GT The bottom of the track link contacts the track frame rail surface, supporting the track weight and reducing friction, thus minimizing wear on the link and rail surface and extending the track system’s lifespan.
Application Scenarios: Heavy-duty applications such as mining, large-scale earthmoving, and road construction. Compatible with the 800GT track assembly, improving the track system’s operational stability and durability.
Core Functions: Supports track links, reduces friction and wear with the rail surface, ensures smooth track movement, and extends the service life of the link and rail surface.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Installation: Clean the track link and slipper mounting surfaces, align the locating pin holes, and tighten the bolts to a torque of 120-130 N·m, ensuring a tight fit without gaps and symmetrical installation for even force distribution.
Maintenance: Check slipper wear and bolt tightness every 100 hours. Replace immediately if wear exceeds 5mm or if cracks or deformation appear to prevent abnormal wear on the track links and rail surface.
Replacement: Original parts are preferred. After installation, the track is tested to ensure that there are no abnormal noises or deviations, thus ensuring the stable operation of the track system.
