Key Dimensions: Width 600mm, Length approx. 490mm, Thickness approx. 21mm, Single weight approx. 48kg, compatible with track pin hole spacing

Compatible Models: CAT 320, 323, 326 and other small and medium-sized excavators, some wheel loader track systems

Matching Relationships Matching track pins, track links, and track shoe bolts, the corresponding number are installed on each side of the track according to the pitch.

Compatibility and Applications

Compatible Parts: Chassis track system, connecting track links, bearing the weight of the machine, transmitting driving and braking forces, providing ground traction, compatible with 600mm wide track systems.

Application Scenarios: Light to medium-duty work conditions such as urban construction, road maintenance, and small-scale earthmoving; compatible with small to medium-sized excavators/loaders, improving track stability and traction, and reducing ground damage.

Core Functions: Bearing the weight of the machine, transmitting driving and braking forces, providing ground traction, ensuring smooth track operation, reducing wear between tracks and the ground, and improving the durability of the track system.

Installation and Maintenance Points

Installation: Clean the track link pin holes, check that the track shoe bolt holes match the track links, and tighten with high-strength bolts to the specified torque (approximately 350-400 N·m). Ensure the track shoe and track links are properly fitted and secure. After installation, adjust the track tension to a suitable level.

Maintenance: Check the track shoe wear and bolt tightness every 200 hours. Replace or tighten any track shoes immediately if unilateral wear, cracks, or loose bolts are observed to prevent track shoes from falling off or veering off course.

Replacement: Use original parts whenever possible. Replace worn track shoes on the same side in pairs. After installation, test the track for abnormal noise and no veering, ensuring stable operation of the chassis system.
