Installation and Maintenance Points:

Installation: Clean the mounting surface and bearing cap surface. Install the sealing ring and tighten the bolts diagonally to approximately 120-150 N·m, ensuring a good seal and no leaks. After installation, check for looseness and abnormalities.

Maintenance: Check the bolt tightness and sealing condition every 250 hours. Tighten immediately if loose. If a leak is found, replace the sealing ring or bearing cap immediately to prevent component damage.

Replacement: Original parts are preferred. When replacing, verify the model and size. After installation, test the relevant systems to ensure they are operating normally, without abnormal noise or leakage, and ensure stable operation of the equipment.
